| The post office ended up losing my invitations. I, of course, was in a complete state of panic. Amy was so nice and kind and, most of all, available. I did not deal with a customer service department or automated system but with the owner herself. Amy responded to me as soon as I sent my email. She provided me with tracking numbers, etc. Amy went above and beyond to help me. She emailed and checked up with me three or four times. The post office simply lost them. I had not opted to buy insurance, but, nevertheless, despite the fact it was not her responsibility, Amy made sure my cards were reprinted FOR FREE and shipped out immediately. I was overwhelmed. She actually cared. I got the invitations, and they were PERFECT... so original and beautiful colors and design. I will use the company again and again and refer my friends and co workers without hesitation. You will not be disappointed in this company, and you will love the finished project.
